Prohibited Services Policy

Unique Sales is a digital agency and digital marketing platform that offers subscription-based digital marketing services for brands. Our primary goal is to work exclusively with select and premium clients.

Unique Sales operates all its business processes and subscription-based online sales services in accordance with Article 18/II of the Turkish Commercial Code, which states, “Every merchant must act with the prudence of a diligent businessperson in all activities related to their trade.” We adhere to this principle and expect our clients to do the same.

In this context, Unique Sales, which believes that the free and open exchange of ideas and products is a fundamental principle of commerce and progress, has created this document to prevent sales that do not align with our mission to make commerce better for everyone.

The following products are prohibited from being promoted or marketed using any digital marketing activities or services offered through or in collaboration with Unique Sales, in compliance with the applicable legal regulations:

• Products that are prohibited by law from being sold;
• Betting sites;
• Offline sales conducted through call centers;
• Stolen goods, products with removed serial numbers;
• Listening devices;
• Counterfeit or fake products/services aimed at infringing or exploiting intellectual and industrial property rights;
• FOREX activities;
• Products and services harmful to the mental health of youth and children, or that violate child and human rights;
• Products/services that infringe or exploit animal rights;
• Stocks, bonds, securities;
• Websites selling assistance for passing drug tests (e.g., doping drugs);
• Products/services that are contrary to human dignity, public order, general morality, law enforcement, and health, or that contain violence;
• Human organs;
• Smuggled and illegally imported products;
• Unlicensed and pirated products;
• Cultural and natural assets;
• Promotional products of brands;
• Lock picks and key openers;
• Products/services aimed at game copying (R4/modchip);
• Pyramid scheme websites;
• Pornographic content;
• Promotional products;
• Risky transactions (transactions that may involve any risk);
• Fake documents, IDs, passports, diplomas, nobility titles, etc.;
• Fake or replica products;
• Any products/services obtained through illegal means such as forgery, smuggling, theft, etc.;
• Synthetic stimulants (substances known as Bath Salts, K2, Spice, Genie, Kronic);
• Lottery tickets;
• Energy-saving devices;
• Bulk email address lists;
• Traffic devices (e.g., radar jammers);
• Electronic cigarettes;
• Narcotic substances;
• Veterinary medical products;
• Websites selling hacking and cracking software;
• Flammable and explosive materials;
• Illegal adult sites, sexually explicit/pornographic products;
• Prohibited publications;
• Weight loss pills.

If a customer is found by a User to be directly or indirectly selling any product listed in this Prohibited Products document, you can immediately contact us at info@theuniquesales.co.uk.

The accounts of customers found to be selling prohibited products will be suspended, and all service processes will be permanently terminated.
